Refund policy

We don’t have a return policy. But we offer the below:

Damage returns

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to submit proofs of damage with images and videos. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim damages. The customer agrees to this when they make a purchase with us.

Wrong Items

If you received wrong products please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the package. The item must be kept in its original packaging. If it’s used we won’t accept any returns or refunds. An unwrapping video of the parcel cleary revealing the invalid product inside it must be provided as a proof. The customer agrees to this when they make a purchase with us. 

Please reach out to us at info@loveatfirstsniff.com.au within 3 business days for any damage reports or 24 hours in case of wrong items delivered otherwise we will not entertain any such requests.

NOTE:

  1. Decants are not subject to any sort of refund claims whatsoever.
  2. Damage refunds are only applicable to full bottles.
  3. We use national courier service of Australia Post which is the best available option for us. Once we ship our products, we do not exercise further control on delivery. Love At First Sniff takes no responsibility for lost or mis delivered items.
  4. In case of wrong items delivered, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return package, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

NOTE: In case of damage claims, full amount of the fragrance(s) minus shipping cost and a  restocking fee of 5% of the total  order value will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping cost won’t be refunded. The return shipping cost of the goods will be born by the customer making the claim.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Usually this timeframe is 5-7 business days.
