Processing & Dispatch
We aim to process all orders same day. Dispatch times vary depending on your selected shipping method:
Standard Shipping: Dispatched within 2–3 business days
Express Shipping: Dispatched within 1–2 business days
Delivery Timeframes
After dispatch, approximate delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping:
3–5 business days for metropolitan areas
5–7 business days for rural or regional areas
Express Shipping:
1–2 business days for metropolitan areas
2–3 business days for rural or regional areas
Please note that these are estimated timeframes provided by Australia Post and may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen delays.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may experience delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and recommend contacting Australia Post directly if your order is delayed.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your parcel may be returned to us by Australia Post. Should this occur, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct address. The buyer will be responsible for any additional postage costs to resend the parcel. Please note that refunds cannot be issued in these cases.
Lost Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to Australia Post, it becomes their responsibility. In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, please contact Australia Post for assistance with tracking and resolution. Love At First Sniff cannot offer refunds for parcels lost during shipping.
