Contes de Parfums Reykjavik is a woody-aquatic fragrance by Delphine Lebeau inspired by Iceland’s striking contrasts, from icy fjords and glaciers to volcanic warmth and mineral air. The scent is described as aromatic, fresh, and slightly spicy at first, using a “fjords steam” effect with cardamom and pink pepper to create a cold, windswept atmosphere rather than a tropical aquatic feel.

As it develops, Reykjavik becomes warmer and more textured, with sage, rosemary, and a sauna accord adding herbal depth before amber, cedarwood, and vetiver bring a woody, subtly mineral finish.
