Krokos is a unisex fragrance introduced in 2025 by French niche perfumer Florian Pontier, as part of his debut Flo’w Collection. Inspired by the precious saffron of Kozani, Greece, Krokos is an enveloping and timeless composition that bridges the gap between past and present, East and West.
Crafted by perfumer Karine Vinchon-Spehner of Robertet, Krokos opens with spicy and vibrant aromas of saffron and pink pepper. The heart reveals a powerful, chypre-like leather accord intertwined with the intriguing freshness of passion fruit and the elegance of iris. The base lingers with woody accords of sandalwood, the depth of patchouli, and the captivating warmth of oud.
